About MeMy name is Luke Jett and I'm a Biomedical Engineering Major in class of 2020 at the University of Cincinnati I'm an avid sports fan, playing everything from basketball, to volleyball, swimming, and football. This interest developed into a healthy love of competition, and a desire to be successful in whatever I attempt. Beyond sports, I recently began dabbling as an apiarist. Although it attracts looks, I have quickly developed a love of beekeeping, and tending a hive proves to be quite relaxing. If I'm not out on a field, court, or in a classroom, then you can likely find me in my back yard tending to the hive of Honeybees I keep as a pet.

Where I'm From |
I was born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati. I have two younger brothers who were my first friends, and continue to be my best ones. As a result, each day is an effort on my part to be a successful role model for my brothers, and this pushes me to be the best individual I can be. After attending Elder High School and graduating in May of 2015, I elected to continue my Cincinnati based education and moved 15 minutes away to the beautiful campus of the University of Cincinnati. My parents have always been my biggest role models, and taught me how to live, and more importantly what to live for. As a result I'm incredibly family oriented, and value driven. I pride myself on a good work ethic, honesty, and being a strong role model for my younger brothers.

The Future |
In May of 2020, I hope to have graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering. Above all, I want to be successful as I define it.. Specifically, I want to find happiness and satisfaction in whatever I do. I want to have a job helping others, changing the world around me, with a family I love. In doing so I hope to find a feeling of content happiness.
